Lovely afternoon tea, the gentleman who served us was really nice. My friend asked could we have a higher table. No problems at all , we went to the lovely balcony with a heater above us….The food was so nice , plenty of it, plus the teas , coffee and a nice glass of Prosecco…Was there over two hours , wasn’t rushed and went and had a look in the garden…. My friend never been to hotel before and was impressed… I had been for Afternoon about 8 or 9 years ago. Last time was in the restaurant. Now they do Carvery on a Sunday , sounded a very good price . Might try that out another time.
