We stayed at the Norfolk Royale Hotel recently and the person on reception was great dealing with our last minute booking! The location is ideal for access to the town, shops and just a short 5/10 minutes walk to Bournemouth Pier & Seafront. We stayed in one of the Deluxe Double Rooms which had ample space. The hotel facilities were excellent - including the Spa Jacuzzi and Sauna. The only downside was the Pool is much smaller than expected. However, you can request a time slot which makes it easier than having to wait to use the Pool or Jacuzzi. The Bar Staff were friendly and good selection of drinks. The breakfast was buffet style and ample choice. We would recommend this hotel if staying in the Bournemouth area and will be returning at some point!
