The Norfolk Hotel requires a talented and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
At The Norfolk we prepare all of our dishes fresh onsite and as such we require a hands on chef, who is able to lead by example and develop as the business continues to grow.
The successful Chef de Partie must be fully trained, have strong communication skills and have experience working in a quality establishment with excellent attention to detail. Working 5 out of 7 days, mixture of split shift and straight shifts.
