Excellent Sunday carvery

We went to the inaugural carvery at the Norfolk, would like to praise the hotel and staff especially the chef, who I believe his name was phill. The food was outstanding, the meat was well cooked, the vegetables were fresh and tasty, the choice was more then ample, all over was outstanding.
We decided to have the 3 course, me and my partner had beet root capachio and prawn cocktail for starters wich was sublime.
We also had all meats for our mains (they all looked so good we couldn’t say no to any) the beef was beautifully cooked as was the pork. The turkey was moist and flavoursome could not fault them.
For desert we shared a cheese selection the portion was more then generous and superb cheeses.
The surroundings of the restaurant were pleasant, clean and very presentable,
Also having a personal touch with our waitress Inma, unlike the pub Carvery where it is cramped and you seem to be on the end of a conveyor belt.
I felt the prices were very competitive and would not hesitate to go again or to recommend to my friends and colleagues.
