We stayed in a family room with our two children between Christmas and New Year and had a brilliant time. The staff were always polite, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is perfectly located, only a short stroll from the town centre amusements and beach. Food was great, huge portions and very well cooked. The kids spent hours in the pool and jacuzzi. They had so much fun. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for a great time
