If you complete a form on our website we collect and store the data shown on that form, website we also collect your IP address to help with SPAM detection. We only collect the information necessary to fulfil your request or answer your query.

If you stay at our hotel we will ask you to fill out a registration form and we collect and store the data shown on that form. The data on the form includes information essential for us to supply our services to you, as well as data we are legally obliged to hold. In addition you will have the option to opt in to any additional marketing.

If you enquire about our services we will as you to provide details to help us provide a quotation for our services. We only ask for the information we require to provide the quotation and we will only hold your details for a reasonable period of time after the quotation has been provided.

How long we keep your personal information

If you are a client we will keep your personal for as long as you stay with us and for 7 years after that for legal, tax and insurance purposes.

If you are a potential client (ie you have enquired about our services) we will keep your personal information for as long as it takes to answer your enquiry and 12 months after that.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure your data is safe in line with GDPR and the DPA 2018.

Your rights

Data protection legislation gives you rights regarding your personal data, and subject to legal exemptions we must comply when you wish to exercise these rights. We do not make a charge for this (providing the request is not unfounded or excessive). Your request must be made in writing to the General Managet and the address given under ‘How to Contact us’. We may ask you to provide ID before processing the request. We will process your request within 1 month.
